From there, we will make our way to Meknes and then on to Fes, where we will spend the night at a riad or hotel.

Day 2: Fes Sightseeing

During the day, we will explore the oldest city in Morocco, winding through its narrow streets and alleys. Our sightseeing will start at the Royal Palace gate, followed by the Jewish quarter where the first Mellah in Morocco was built in the 16th century. We will make sure to visit all sites of cultural and historical significance, including the famous Al Qaraouine University, the oldest in the region.

We will also visit the Tanneries, the Attarine Museum, and the Moulay Idriss mausoleum. After lunch, you will have the opportunity to visit various cooperatives and then enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the entire Medina of Fes before ending the night at your Riad.

Day 3: Fes – Merzouga desert

We'll begin our tour by visiting the cedar forest in Azrou, where the Berber apes reside. From there, we'll travel through Midelt and the Ziz valley, stopping in Erfoud for a quick lunch or drink. We'll then continue on to Rissani and eventually reach Merzouga. At this point, you'll have the option to ride camels, guided by an experienced camel guide, to explore the Erg Chebbi region. The journey to the campsite by camel will take about 90 minutes. When we arrive, we'll watch the sunset over the dunes and then have dinner around a campfire. We'll spend the night in Berber tents in the desert.

Day 4: Merzouga desert – Rissani – Todra gorge – Dades gorge

We'll begin our day early to catch the sunrise over the dunes, then head to a local hotel to freshen up. After breakfast, we'll travel through Rissani and Tinghir to Todra gorge, the highest and narrowest gorge in Morocco. After lunch at the gorge, we'll drive through the Dades valley, where we'll see the "Monkey Toes" geological feature. We'll spend the night in the Dades valley, with a complimentary dinner and breakfast included.

Day 5: Dades gorge – Ait Benhaddou – Tizi-n-Tichka – Marrakesh

Next, we'll continue our private tour with a drive to Kalaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate, known as "the African Hollywood." During our visit, we may tour the local film studio and Kasbah (Fortress). After that, we'll go to Ait Ben Haddou to see the largest Kasbah in Morocco, which is also a UNESCO world heritage site. Then, we'll travel over the High Atlas Mountains until we reach Marrakesh, where we'll spend the night at a traditional Riad in the medina.
