The 2-day Zagora desert tour begins with pick-up from your Marrakech accommodation or airport in the morning. The journey includes a drive through Tizi N-tichka pass, Berber villages, and scenic stops. Next, we visit the stunning Ait Ben Hadou Kasbah, a world heritage site that served as the set for Hollywood films like Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia, as well as TV series like Game of Thrones. After lunch in Ait Ben Haddou or Ouarrzazate, we travel through the Anti Atlas Mountains, Berber villages, and along the Draa Valley, known for its palm plantations and longest river in Morocco. Upon arrival in Zagora in the afternoon, you embark on a camel trek in the desert and watch a breathtaking sunset. The tour ends at the Sahara desert camp where you will enjoy a Moroccan dinner and drum entertainment under the starry sky.
After lunch, we'll continue our journey through the stunning landscapes of Morocco, including the Anti Atlas Mountains, Berber Villages, and Draa Valley, the largest palm plantation and longest river in the country.
